Our client, a food manufacturing company located in Mesquite, TX, is seeking an entry-level QA Inspector / Quality Control Inspector to join their quality team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish and interested in growing in the Quality Control / Quality Assurance field.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a cold food manufacturing environment, have strong attention to detail, be good with basic math, and be able to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the plant, including production employees, leads, supervisors, management, and the QA team.

• Inspect products during production to ensure quality, accuracy, and food safety standards are being followed.
• Perform basic quality checks, including product appearance, weights, labels, packaging, and documentation.
• Use basic math skills to verify counts, weights, measurements, and production information.
• Complete QA/QC paperwork accurately and on time.
• Monitor compliance with GMP policies, food safety practices, PPE requirements, and plant procedures.
• Work in a cold production environment for the duration of the shift.
• Communicate quality concerns to QA leadership, production leads, and supervisors.
• Work closely with production employees to support quality and consistency.
• Help identify potential issues before products move forward in the process.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, sanitation, and GMP policies.

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Previous QA, QC, food manufacturing, or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable with basic math.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
