Job description

Position Summary:We are looking for individuals that can help strengthen relationships with existing customers as well as develop new opportunities within a variety of different healthcare facilities. The position will require being on the phone with a goal of 70-80 outbound dials daily to explain and sell the different products and services that MXR Imaging offers. Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida (on-site required) Essential Duties:Able to cold call into different healthcare facilities including large/small hospitals, imaging centers, specialty practices such as chiropractors and veterinarians and any other location that uses imaging supplies and equipment.Call on specific campaigns that are created to fit company initiatives with existing customers that have worked with MXR in the past.Introduce MXR Imaging products and services to all those outreached and identify opportunities and immediate needs.Explain MXR's portfolio and outline how we can help with current challenges or future projects in a consultative manner.Update CRM with call and account details, creating leads and opportunities as needed.Ask questions that will help us to understand buying processes and habits.This allows us the chance to align our services and products with their needs.Daily high outbound call volume as referenced above, with the ability to handle rejection and continue to meet required metrics.Work with internal as well as external customers on opportunities, customer inquiries and questions.Education/Experience:Required:High School DiplomaPreferred:Bachelor's DegreeCompetencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to work in a team environment.CRM proficiency, Sales Force experience preferred.Excel, word and outlook proficiency required.
