Job description

Cold Air Solution LLC has been keeping Arizona cool (and warm when needed!) for over 9 years. We’re a locally owned and operated HVAC company that takes pride in delivering top-notch service to our residential and commercial customers. As an owner-operated business, we're growing and looking for a motivated HVAC Service Technician who’s ready to join a supportive team and build a lasting career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diagnose and repair residential / light commercial HVAC systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and safety checks
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explain what’s going on in a way that makes sense to them
  • Keep accurate records of each job and maintain your vehicle/tools in top shape
  • Stay compliant with safety protocols and HVAC standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Residential HVAC experience required; commercial is a bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends or on-call shifts
