  • Shift: Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 1st Shift

  • Salary: Up to $55,000 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
  • This position provides a formalized process for accelerating a participant's experience with operational skills required to be an effective leader
  • Provides experience from training in all departments as well as suits the needs of the business
  • Rotational operations assignments in all departments, including sponsored projects, functional assignments, and development of key leadership relationships
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
  • Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree
