Job description

ENT Physician Locums Job in Indiana | Premium Rates | Clinic, Call, and 24 Hour Call Coverage
Dates of Coverage: Full time and Part time coverage options starting in 2027

Details/Requirements for Assignment #101315:
-- Active Indiana license or IMLC required
-- Need full-time locums, but will consider anything from one to four weeks per month (7 day stretch minimum)
-- Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible 
-- Scheduling
-- Weekday inpatient/clinic call: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
-- Weeknight call: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
-- 24-hour weekend call (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.) Friday through Sunday (ending Monday at 7am)
-- Procedures/call split between two locations, Will see Trauma
-- Six surgeons in group
-- Clinic: 5–7 patients per day / Hospital consults/transfers: 5–8 patients per day
-- DaVinci Robotic capability
-- Level 2 trauma
-- EPIC
