AI Technology Partners (AITP) is seeking a Principal AI Strategist to serve as a senior leader at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation. This highly visible role reports directly to the CEO and Co‑Founder and plays a critical role in shaping client strategy, driving delivery excellence, and accelerating AI adoption across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of executive presence, deep technical expertise in generative AI, hands‑on solution architecture experience, and a proven ability to lead client engagements from pre‑sales through delivery. This individual thrives in ambiguity, can translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions, and is energized by building, architecting, and delivering meaningful AI‑driven outcomes—without the hype.

What You’ll Do

Act as a trusted advisor and senior engagement leader across client engagements, driving AI strategy, requirements analysis, and solution architecture. Partner closely with executive stakeholders to identify high‑impact opportunities, design enterprise‑grade AI solutions, and guide successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Executive Engagement
  • Serve as a senior, client‑facing leader and trusted advisor to C‑level and senior stakeholders
  • Translate business objectives into clear AI strategies, roadmaps, and solution approaches
  • Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements analysis to define high‑value use cases
  • Build deep, long‑term client relationships grounded in trust, value, and measurable outcomes
Pre‑Sales & Solution Architecture
  • Lead end‑to‑end solutioning efforts across pre‑sales and early delivery phases
  • Drive structured requirements analysis, translating business needs into scalable technical architectures
  • Design and architect tailored, enterprise‑grade AI solutions aligned to client goals, industry context, and constraints
  • Partner on proposals, statements of work, and solution positioning
  • Lead demos, proofs of concept (PoCs), and technical deep dives to accelerate decision‑making
  • Identify expansion opportunities and help shape new offerings and go‑to‑market strategies
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
  • Own the architecture vision across client engagements, ensuring alignment from concept through implementation
  • Design enterprise‑grade generative AI solutions across cloud platforms
  • Build and prototype solutions leveraging tools such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Cohere, Copilot, and emerging frameworks
  • Lead architecture across LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, vector databases, APIs, and AI gateways
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, governance, and compliance
  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance and architectural oversight to engineering teams
Engagement Leadership & Delivery Oversight
  • Act as the engagement lead, ensuring alignment across client stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership

Qualifications
  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, or solution architecture roles
  • Expert‑level usage of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and others
  • Proven experience designing and building AI solutions, including PoCs, MVPs, and production systems
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, including cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), security, networking, and integration patterns
  • Demonstrated success in client‑facing roles with ownership of both pre‑sales and delivery
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLMOps/MLOps practices
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience in AI transformation within enterprise or highly regulated industries
  • Background in consulting or building practices within a startup or high‑growth environment
  • Familiarity with agentic systems, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen), and emerging AI patterns
