They are seeking a visionary technical leader to architect and lead an AI-first Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), transforming software development processes and driving a major platform migration from GCP to AWS.
Responsibilities:
• architect and lead a complete AI-first Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, specifically involving agentic development from code generation through testing and QA
• utilize and maximize the efficiency of AI tools, such as Claude, to achieve significant acceleration in development velocity
• establish an 'AI Playbook' and 'Fast Fail techniques and processes' to successfully transition AI-developed prototypes and demos into production-ready solutions
• develop and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, ensuring data is exposed in a structured, evidence-citable, and auth-scoped way for consuming agents
• lead software teams covering the entire development process, from technical demos to general release, including multiple rounds of testing and QA
• optimize SDLCs, manage team growth, and drive measurable outcomes that align with company strategy
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in architecting and leading a complete AI-first Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, specifically involving agentic development from code generation through testing and QA.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize and maximize the efficiency of AI tools, such as Claude, to achieve significant acceleration in development velocity (e.g., >80% AI Code on critical projects).
• Expertise in establishing an 'AI Playbook' and 'Fast Fail techniques and processes' to successfully transition AI-developed prototypes and demos into production-ready solutions (POC to GA).
• Deep experience in developing agentic AI, including defining and building Agents, harnesses, and agent skill bundles to apply context on a platform.
• Direct experience developing and implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, ensuring data is exposed in a structured, evidence-citable, and auth-scoped way for consuming agents.
• Strong background in platform consolidation and migration, specifically transitioning GCP workloads to a consolidated AI-first platform on AWS.
• Deep technical knowledge of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and building robust guardrails.
• Ability to lead software teams covering the entire development process, from technical demos to general release, including multiple rounds of testing and QA.
• Background in enterprise-scale software engineering, connected devices, and the fusion of proprietary wireless innovation (like BLE, GPS, LoRa) with AI/ML-driven location intelligence solutions.
• Strategic leadership experience in a technology company serving the healthcare, automotive, or logistics sectors, focused on delivering real-time location data and intelligence.
• Proven track record in optimizing SDLCs, managing team growth, and driving measurable outcomes that align with company strategy, such as consolidating platforms to enhance scalability and optimize costs.
