Located in the heart of San Diego, we serve high-quality coffee, tea, and fresh bites in an environment that uplifts and inspires. We're seeking a driven and passionate Coffee Shop Manager to help lead our team and grow with us.
Overview:
The Manager at Cufiya plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for both staff and guests. This position is responsible for team management, scheduling, inventory control, and contributing to the overall growth and vision of the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a smooth, clean, and customer-friendly environment
  • Manage and train staff, create schedules, and foster a positive team culture
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely ordering
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
  • Track sales, expenses, and support efforts to increase profitability
  • Maintain health and safety compliance at all times
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
  • Open and/or close the shop depending on schedule
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
