What You'll Do
Our servers are the heart of the guest experience and grow their craft over time. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• WelcomeGreet every guest like you're glad they came - warm, genuine, and present from hello to goodbye.
• Know the productMaster our doughnuts, coffee, ingredients, and tasting notes so you can speak to every item with confidence.
• Guide & recommendAsk good questions, make thoughtful suggestions, and help guests discover something they'll love.
• Make it personalRemember regulars, their names, and their favorites - make every guest feel welcomed, remembered, and important.
• Serve with careTake orders accurately, handle the counter and register, and deliver fast, friendly, professional service through every rush.
• PresentationBox, plate, and present product to Sidecar's standards so it looks as good as it tastes.
• Cleanliness & safetyKeep the front of house clean, stocked, and food-safe, following all health and sanitation standards.
• TeamworkCommunicate clearly, support the line during the rush, and help the next shift start strong.

Compensation & Growth
At Sidecar, your pay grows as your craft does. The more you master, the more you earn. Starting pay varies by location and follows the local market.
• Start strongEntry-level servers begin at minimum wage (by location) with full, hands-on training.
• Earn tipsOnce you're trained on two skills, you become eligible to share in tips.
• Earn raisesLearn additional skills and stations, and your hourly base pay increases.
• Grow into leadershipEarn certifications across all front-of-house skills and learn roles like barista and baker to become eligible for leadership roles.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.80 per hour
