As a Coffee Production Operator, you will oversee key aspects of our production line, focusing on bagging, grinding, flavoring, and ensuring strict quality control standards. Your role will be critical in delivering the premium coffee experience Blackout Coffee Co. is known for.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Grinding & Flavoring: Operate grinding equipment to ensure consistent coffee grind size and properly apply flavoring to meet product specifications.
  • Bagging & Packaging: Run and maintain equipment for coffee bagging and sealing, ensuring accurate weight and proper labeling for all products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products at every stage of the process to ensure they meet company standards for freshness, flavor, and packaging integrity.
  • Machine Operation & Maintenance: Perform routine checks, cleaning, and maintenance on all production equipment.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and food production standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $15/hr
  • Schedule:
    • 8 hour shifts
    • Monday-Friday (Saturdays when needed)
    • 8:00am-4:30pm
