A Coffee Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting coffee products, such as beans, brewed coffee, or supplies, from a roastery, café, or distributor to customers or retail locations. They ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintain delivery records, and may assist with stocking or setting up coffee equipment. The role requires excellent time management, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license.
To thrive as a Coffee Delivery Driver, you need a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, time management skills, and basic math proficiency for handling orders and payments. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, route optimization apps, and handheld POS devices is often required. Excellent customer service, reliability, and problem-solving abilities help you stand out in this position. These skills ensure safe, timely deliveries and positive customer experiences, which are crucial for both client satisfaction and company reputation.
As a Coffee Delivery Driver, your daily responsibilities mainly include loading coffee orders, reviewing delivery schedules, navigating to customer locations efficiently, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. You may also handle cash or card transactions, collect signatures, and respond to any on-the-spot customer questions or issues. In addition, you’ll inspect your delivery vehicle regularly to maintain safety and cleanliness. Collaboration with warehouse staff and dispatchers is common to make sure orders are fulfilled smoothly. This role offers a dynamic environment and the chance to develop valuable logistics and customer service skills.

Job Summary:
The Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant is responsible for restaurant dine-in and takeout operations, cleaning, running food, bussing restaurant tables and side work. They will assist with catering orders, including delivery when applicable. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Guiding guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering.
Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
Review orders with the Guest (at pick-up or upon delivery) and / or with Delivery Driver ensuring order accuracy.
Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
Clears, cleans, and sanitizes restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and resets tables as needed. Also, removes bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
Restocks, cleans, and maintains all restaurant stations.
Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
Will serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and any other applicable system(s).
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
