POSITION SUMMARY

Our cafe team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Cafe Co-Worker, you'll create welcoming moments, provide exceptional service, and maintain a cafe environment people love returning to.

This role blends hospitality, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and cafe upkeep. You'll gain deep knowledge of the products, experience, and quality standards that define our brand.
