T.P.I. Building Code Consultants is expanding our team and looking for an experienced ICC-certified Building Inspector to join us!

We are seeking a highly qualified professional who holds either a:

๐Ÿ† Certified Building Official (CBO)

๐Ÿ’ฐ $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

OR

๐Ÿ† Master Code Professional (MCP)

๐Ÿ’ฐ $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Current ICC certifications
  • CBO or MCP designation
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and code enforcement
  • Experience conducting residential and/or commercial inspections
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a strong team environment
  • Municipal/code consulting experience is highly valued
