What We Look For In a Coding Tutor
- Advanced Subject Mastery: Deep knowledge of programming fundamentals including variables, loops, conditionals, functions, data structures, basic algorithms, debugging, and introductory concepts across languages like Python, JavaScript, and Scratch. Ability to explain computational thinking, pattern recognition, abstraction, and step-by-step problem solving while preparing students for computer science courses, coding bootcamps, or technology career pathways.
