We offer a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Job Summary
Provides administrative support, under direction of the Program Manager, including overall responsibility for medical & educational records, computer data input and general secretarial duties. Under the Direction of the Director of Reimbursement & Managed Care, provides Office Manager functions to include pre-admission & admission, registration, demographic and insurance verification. Preforms the collection of co-pay portions due on account. Performs diagnostic coding. Provides a detailed review of unauthorized services. Is responsible for interdepartmental data exchange. Provides coverage on per diem as needed basis.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in medical office setting and diagnostic coding preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • General secretarial skills.
  • Excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
