Job Summary In this position, students will utilize the knowledge and skills learned in pathway courses or other aligned courses to perform entry-level skills and duties in various departments under the supervision of a department mentor. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Functions Essential Function Exhibit competencies in the workplace as identified in the work plan. Maintain 90% attendance or higher. Maintain positive behavior including, but not limited to, no 300-400 offenses and no more than two 200 level offenses during current school year. Complete OSHA 10 General Industry prior to start of work placement. Complete employability modules prior to start of work placement. Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision and guidance. Be organized and structured with work tasks and meet all deadlines. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information. Operate standard office equipment including a computer and assigned software.
