The Provider Coding Educator & Auditor within the Compliance Department is responsible for conducting risk-based professional coding audits, analyzing provider coding/billing trends, developing and delivering targeted education, and supporting enterprise-wide compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific documentation and coding requirements. This position leverages analytical tools to identify risk, monitor performance metrics, and ensure Broward Health providers understand and appropriately apply E&M, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM guidelines.
