Audits, develops, conducts coding education and training programs for multi-specialty physicians, non-physician providers, and coding staff to assure compliance with coding guidelines, centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) guidelines, and policies. Oversees coding auditors to ensure the accuracy of audits, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements corrective resolutions to assure compliance.
