Description This role will be onsite at our Easton office in Columbus, OH (or Dallas/Houston/Austin TX, Detroit MI, or Chicago, IL) - preferred candidates in CST or EST Brief Description: Senior Developer - In this senior role, the successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support Workflow/Case Solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE-based applications and batch processes, as required. Develop and support UI components and clientside functionality using JavaScript and Dojo.

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot database queries to support application functionality and performance. Design and develop RESTful APIs to support application integration and modernization initiatives. Integrate applications with backend systems and enterprise platforms.

Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and technical solutioning. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.

Adhere to established coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.

3-5+ years of related experience in Java/J2EE development Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience in REST API design and development Proficiency in JavaScript Experience with Dojo framework Handson experience with SQL and database query development. Strong understanding of objectoriented programming and design principles Preferred exposure to IBM FileNet Content Management (CPE, workflows, integrations, IBM Case Manager or IBM BAW) Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server or similar middleware platforms Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments Experience working in enterprise application environments Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement Do the right thing attitude while being a strong team player Strong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer service Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
