Job description


RECREATIONAL INSTRUCTOR AGREEMENT
Daily• Arrive on time prepared for class
• Start classes on time
• Lead and supervise gymnastics classes
• Provide a fun and safe learning environment for studentsof various ages and abilities
• Follow the dress code
• Maintain a safe environment
• Partake in daily cleaning
• Set up and put away equipment
• Follow all aspects of the Staff Handbook
• Maintains all required certifications
• Be able to safely lift 75 lbs
• Motivate students with a high-energy attitude
• Follow lesson plans**
Per Session• Keep the student's skill chart updated by the required week
• Retain students from session to session
• Work your required schedule
• Sub when needed or required
Qualifications• Friendly and able to work with adults and children
• Dependable
• Loves to work with children
• Understands the importance of the customer
• Willing to learn
• Positive attitude
• Current background check for those 18 and over
• USA Gymnastics Instructor Certification at a minimum.
Requirements
  • Preferred gymnastics experience or gymnastics teaching experience.
  • Required availability to work from morning to mid-afternoon,from Monday through Friday.
  • Required to be knowledgeable with gymnastic skills orphysical activity exercises.
