Job description

About Sunset
At its core, Sunset was founded to help founders. We started by supporting startups through shutting down, but we've since expanded into unlocking a new revenue stream for all types of businesses.
In 2025, we had a unique insight: the data every company generates on a daily basis (collaboration, communication, building) is some of the most valuable training data in the world. Public and synthetic can only get frontier models so far, so the next generation of model progression depends on real, proprietary data grounded in how actual businesses operate. We're a primary source of it, partnering directly with the frontier AI labs building what's next.
Why join Sunset now:
  • We've scaled from $0 to a multi eight-figure run rate in a matter of months
  • We've raised from top-tier investors (Floodgate, Afore, Ludlow, Hustle Fund, etc.)
  • We're small enough that you'll carry outsized responsibility and grow as fast as the company does
  • You'll partner and build for the fastest and most important companies in the world
  • You'll be a part of building a massive, category-defining business from the ground floor

About the Role
Our GTM team wins by sourcing leads and closing, not doing manual busywork: building lead lists by hand, chasing enrichment, or pulling reporting manually because nothing is properly integrated. Founding RevOps closes that gap. You'll build and own the infrastructure, automations, and reporting that let AEs and SDRs spend their day sourcing and closing instead of doing the manual work around it. Every system you ship makes the entire GTM team faster, more efficient, and better at our jobs.
What You'll Do
  • Build enrichment and list-building pipelines that continuously surface and prioritize the right target companies for our AEs and SDRs
  • Stand up and maintain multi-channel outbound infrastructure and personalization (email, LinkedIn, phone) so reps can execute at volume without manual setup or poor quality outreach
  • Own our CRM integrations and data quality, so pipeline and conversion data is trustworthy and where people actually need it
  • Build live reporting and dashboards so lead volume, conversion, and pipeline health are visible without anyone manually pulling data
  • Constantly test new tools and automations, keep what works, cut what doesn't, and prove it with real measurement

How You'll Be Measured
  • Total qualified leads sourced across AEs and SDRs, enabled by your infra staying operational
  • Outbound, enrichment, CRM, and reporting systems built, working, and adopted by the team

Required aptitude
  • You're excited about building in-person, 5 days a week, from our office in Dumbo
  • You want to work hard and strive for world-class levels in performance
  • 3-5 years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, Sales Systems Engineering, or Growth Engineering
  • You use an AI coding assistant (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) daily and can scaffold and ship a working automation the same day you start it
  • Fluent with CRM integrations and configuration (Attio or similar)
  • Hands-on experience building enrichment pipelines, target lists, and outbound infrastructure
  • SQL fluency and comfort integrating and maintaining CRM data models
  • Relentless tester and optimizer: constantly evaluating new tooling, and can prove with measurement whether something's actually working

Bonus
  • Production experience with LLM APIs (prompt design, eval loops, error handling)
  • Experience with enrichment/orchestration platforms like Clay
  • Background at an early-stage startup building GTM systems from scratch

Compensation & Benefits
  • $175K-$235K base + meaningful equity
  • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Free gym + workout class memberships (via Wellhub)
  • $500 desk allowance

How We Hire
  1. Intro Chat (20 min): mutual fit and interests
  2. Technical Screen (1hr): review past work and technical discussion
  3. Take home: build challenge (a small automation or enrichment workflow)
  4. Onsite (3 hrs): present your build, meet the team, have snacks
  5. References -> Offer
