Job description

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Architectural Designer with 1-2 years of experience-ideally versed in commercial projects-to join our architecture team. In this role you'll be focused on developing conceptual layouts, technical drawings, presentations, and more. This will be an in person position with a starting salary of $50,000 + bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, and details using CAD and Revit.
  • Produce engaging 3D presentations and renderings.
  • Manage documentation compliant with accessibility standards and basic building codes.
  • Assist in permit processing under guidance from senior architects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within design-build and architecture teams to align design with constructability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years in an architectural role focused on commercial projects.
  • CAD: Minimum 2 years of proficiency.
  • Revit: At least 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • Enscape: Familiarity with at least 1 year of usage for visualization and presentations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Understanding of accessibility requirements (e.g., ADA) and basic building codes.
    • Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
  • Portfolio: Required - demonstrates relevant commercial design work.
  • References: Provide two professional references.
