EPI Power is hiring an Administrative Assistant I to provide support to members of the EPI leadership team. The Administrative Assistant I plays a crucial role in keeping the business unit organized and running smoothly. This role will work out of Council Hill, OK. This role requires the ability to work 6 days per week, Monday - Saturday.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments as requested.
  • Prepare special reports, memoranda,letters of confidential nature, and routine correspondence on behalf of the business.
  • Assist in coordination and organization of company events such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities.
  • Responsible for ordering and storing office, break room, and express mail service supplies as requested or as needed.
  • Code invoices to the correct cost code.
  • Billing and payroll support.
  • Ensure the prompt scheduling of office equipment maintenance.
  • Set up and maintain a filing system that ensures easy and efficient retrieval of information.

    • 3+ years of experience working in an administrative assistant equivalent role
