JOB Title: Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

Manage all the bookkeeping -Process and code invoices -Prepare documents for our corporate office -Vendor maintenance request for new vendors -Petty cash and Expense report processing. -Maintain all records of expense and refunds for our facility -Marketing assistant -Give tours of apartments within our facility to qualified residents -Promote our facility within the community by events/advertising -Create brochures and packets of information to promote our independent living community


Administrative Assistant for VP
