Job description

MISION:

Prestar el servicio funerario de transporte a la persona fallecida garantizando la maxima calidad y excelencia conforme a los protocolos y procedimientos establecidos.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Llevar a cabo las diferentes fases del servicio asignadas a su perfil de acuerdo con los protocolos y procedimientos establecidos, y en linea con las directrices del Jefe de Servicio.
- Informar a las familias en todo momento de las fases o procedimientos de traslado que se van a llevar a cabo.
- Traslados.
- Garantizar que el orden y limpieza del vehiculo cumple con los estandares de imagen de la marca del grupo.
- Revisar los diferentes elementos mecanicos del vehiculo para garantizar su normal funcionamiento.
- Proporcionar al planificador toda la informacion necesaria para garantizar una correcta coordinacion de tareas y monitorizacion del servicio.
- Realizar funciones de gestion documental (en los centros de Memora que proceda) reportando al planificador acerca de toda la documentacion gestionada o archivada.ย
