Job description

The Supply Aide is responsible for maintaining adequate Just-In-Time stock in all clinical areas, surveying inventory items and distributing those supplies appropriately; acting as a liaison between Materials Management and the user areas, replenishing stock as required.

1. Grade 12 or equivalent
2. Demonstrated computer skills
3. Practical experience in Hospital Materials Management computer data information system
4. Knowledge of Stores inventory systems
5. Good communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
6. Bar coding knowledge an asset
