KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with guests take orders and drinks
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Mix and serve a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of drinks to tables
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to maintain a seamless flow of service
• Upsell additional menu items and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the serving area
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience as a Cocktail Server or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments
