THE JOB:
As a Cocktail Server at TAP Sports Bar, you'll create enjoyable moments for our guests by serving delicious cocktails and tasty bites while sharing your extensive knowledge of our menu. THE STARTING RATE: $9.50 per hour plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Take orders and efficiently serve food and drinks, including garnishing and serving cocktails to guests.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections to accurately respond to guest inquiries.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, folding cocktail napkins, and ensuring cleanliness of assigned stations.
  • Resolve guest complaints within your authority and refer more complex issues to management or security as necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • 6+ Months of Prior experience as a Cocktail Server and/or Food Server in a similar environment is preferred
  • Willing flexible to work weekdays nights, weekends and holidays. Hours of Operations for TAP Sports Bar are: Mon-Wed: 4p-11p, Thurs & Sun: 11a-11p and Fri & Sat: 11am-12am
  • Must be 21 years of age

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$9.50
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $9,000.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
