The Westin Dallas Downtown is seeking enthusiastic and professional Cocktail Servers to join our team. As a Cocktail Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests at the bar, and restaurant areas, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking drink orders accurately and efficiently. 
  • Serve cocktails, beverages, and light snacks in the bar, and restaurant settings. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bar and service areas. 
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. 
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and exceed guest expectations. 
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly. 
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down service areas as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a cocktail server in bars, or restaurants preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
