The Server reports to the Food & Beverage Director and the manager on duty. Working Conditions: Work is performed indoors in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The position requires the ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods, carry trays and plates, and safely lift and carry items up to 20 pounds. Exposure to varying noise levels during service periods is expected. Schedule varies and includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as business dictates. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.Previous server or food and beverage experience preferred but not required.Flexible schedule; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a high-volume environment. Compensation: Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
