Job Summary:


The Merchandiser will be responsible for working with our retail team to make sure that the sales floor shelves attract attention and the warehouse shelves are fully stocked. The successful candidate will also offer customer service to our retail store owners.


Essential Job Functions:

  • This position is considered safety sensitive due to the required operation of motor vehicles. Safe motor vehicle operation requires a constant state of alertness and awareness of the surroundings at all times.
  • Deliver, fill, merchandise, and rotate product on display and in cold drink equipment
  • Ensure neat appearance of all Coca-Cola equipment and product in assigned accounts
  • Maintain and organize Coca-Cola stock as needed
  • Maintain quality assurance at every account
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure proper accounting of product and assets daily
  • Foster relationship with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts serviced
  • Perform various duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to perform basic math skills (Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
  • Valid Driver’s License for your state of residency and adhere to driver qualification program. (Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed)
  • Previous Merchandising experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repetitively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision
  • Must maintain a neat uniform and professional appearance
  • Fast paced continuous lifting environment
