Job description

Fortress Floors GA, the leading concrete coating company in the Coastal Empire and Lowcountry, is hiring a Crew Lead/Foreman to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the concrete coatings industry with a company that values hard work, dependability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and installation of residential and commercial concrete coatings
  • Safely transport materials, equipment, and crew to and from job sites
  • Set up job sites and ensure tools and supplies are ready for each project
  • Support the crew leader and follow instructions to ensure high-quality installations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Provide excellent customer service while on-site
✅ Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and experience towing a trailer
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions
  • Experience in epoxy or concrete coatings is preferred but not required. We’ll train the right person
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
