Milgard Windows & Doors is looking for a Powder Coat Finishing Operator to join our Swing Shift team in Fife, WA.

This handson role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, quality finishes, and teamwork in a fastpaced production environment.

🔍 What You'll Do

As a Powder Coat Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in product quality by:

  • 🎨 Operating and supporting powder coating and finishing processes for aluminum/fiberglass components

  • 🧪 Preparing materials through cleaning, masking, hanging, coating, curing, and inspection

  • Ensuring finished products meet quality, appearance, and durability standards

  • 📦 Supporting production goals including OnTime Delivery, Quality, Safety, Scrap Reduction, and Efficiency

  • đź›  Following standard work instructions and work orders accurately

  • 🦺 Adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE
