Pay & Perks

  • Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,700
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • Home every week — no scheduled weekends

The Equipment

  • Freightliner Cascadia tractors
  • Refrigerated straight trucks from Freightliner and International
  • Automatic and manual transmissions
  • Day cabs
  • Trailers equipped with rail lifts and inverters
  • Refrigerated straight trucks have tuck-away liftgates
  • Trucks are equipped with driver-facing cameras

The Route

  • Delivery area includes Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine
  • Route mileage varies from approximately 150 to nearly 900 miles
  • Day routes average 6–12 stops
  • Overnight routes average 15–22 stops
  • Start times vary by route, generally between 2:00 AM and 8:00 AM
  • 1 overnight route per week
  • Typical workday: 10–14 hours
  • Expect a wide variety of driving, including coastal, mountain, urban, and rural routes

The Job

  • Drive a tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes
  • Deliver pet food and supplies to independent pet retailers
  • Unload product using pallet and hand jacks

  • Provide dependable, professional customer service

This is a hands-on delivery position. Drivers should be comfortable unloading product, getting in and out of the truck throughout the day, and working independently.


What you bring

  • CDL Class A license + valid DOT Medical Certificate
  • 1+ year of CDL driving experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and repeatedly get in and out of the truck
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to pass a physical, drug test, background check, and MVR review
