Job Position: Customer Care & Sales Advisor I
Location: Hilton Head Island, SC 29928
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: Mon - Fri (8am to 5pm)
Coastal Employment is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and solutions-driven Customer Care & Sales Advisor I to join one of our valued clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing support, answering questions, resolving concerns, and identifying service solutions that best fit individual needs. This position combines customer service, relationship management, and sales support to create meaningful interactions while delivering excellent service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through inbound calls and ticketing systems while maintaining a positive and professional experience.
  • Learn and apply customer care, retention, and sales strategies to support long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with customers through active listening, thoughtful communication, and problem-solving.
  • Assist customers with a variety of service-related needs, including:
    • Billing and pricing questions
    • Product and service changes
    • Service appointment scheduling
    • Product returns and exchanges
    • Account updates and modifications
    • Requests related to service cancellations or retention opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve standard customer concerns remotely whenever possible.
  • Educate customers on available products, services, and value-added options.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to recommend solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Accurately process customer orders and account changes.
  • Meet or exceed established weekly and monthly performance goals.
  • Follow approved communication guidelines and procedures.
  • Support additional projects and team initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
