Job description

Winter Plant Operator

JENNMAR Services, a staffing company specializing in employees placement for the energy industry, is currently seeking Winter Plant Operators for the Southwest, PA area. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available.

Job Responsibilities for Experienced Winter Plant Operator:

  • Perform daily operational checks of assigned compressor stations to ensure all equipment is operating and functioning properly.
  • Preforms all job functions according to State, Federal and company laws and regulations.
  • Report all unsafe acts or unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain, fuel and move heaters as per company needs .
  • Safely and effectively operate, maintain, and monitor separators, dehydration equipment, compressors, meters, pumping equipment, well sites and control devices to ensure they are operating and producing at the optimum level.  This may include changing filters and working with glycol and methanol.

Job requirements for Experienced Winter Plant Operator:

  • Work effectively and professionally with all co-workers, management and site workers.
  • Experience in Gas& Oil Midstream Operations Required.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Able to work night shift, including weekend and holidays requires.
  • Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
