Job description

Carthage College is looking to hire a part-time Marvel Rivals coach for the Carthage Firebirds Esports program based on experience/preferences/availability. This position will be for the 2026-2027 academic school year and the Marvel Rivals coach will work under coach Robert Xiong within athletics here at Carthage!

Carthage Esports is a varsity athletic sport and competes in 7 varsity game titles: Valorant, Super Smash Crews, League of Legends, Overwatch 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Marvel Rivals, and Rocket League in the NECC/WEC. 

Location: Kenosha, WI

Title: Esports Coach (Part-Time)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • VOD Reviews Scheduling Practices/Scrims
  • Coaching during gamedays & during LAN events
  • Coaching player's individually & team coaching
  • Assisting with Recruiting
