Job description

John Stark Regional High School is seeking an Assistant Football Coach for the 2026 season. We are looking for a motivated individual who are committed to supporting student-athletes both on and off the field and contributing to a positive, competitive team culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Head Coach with practices, game preparation, and player development
  • Supporting student-athletes in skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork
  • Supervising athletes during practices, games, and team activities
  • Upholding school, district, and NHIAA policies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience playing and/or coaching football is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff and school administration
  • Willingness to complete all required coaching certifications and background checks

Season: Fall 2026
Compensation: Per district coaching stipend schedule
