Job Title: Project Lead - Data and Analytics

We are seeking a results-driven Project Lead Consultant to lead client-facing Data and AI initiatives from discovery through delivery. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong project leadership, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of modern data platforms and reporting solutions. The Project Lead will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define requirements, guide solution design, manage scope and timelines, and ensure high-quality outcomes that enable better business decisions. Success in this role requires strong communication, consulting presence, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead data and analytics projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction, coaching, and support to cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals, facilitating discussions, and providing strategic guidance on data and analytics solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, with specific experience managing projects using the Microsoft Data stack, including Power BI.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.
  • Experience in understanding and translating business requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, database queries (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
