Job description

Timberline Construction Corp. is growing and looking to add an Assistant Superintendent Co-op to our field team for the Fall Semester!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support Field Support team out on projects
  • Attend meetings, perform inspections and maintain and verify material
  • Assist with project safety programs
  • Assist field team with reports, safety walks, quantity reports and weekly schedule updates

Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or Business Management with a strong interest in Construction Management.

Experience: Previous Internship and Co-op experience. OSHA 10-hr and LEED AP are a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Must work well under pressure, be flexible and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to coordinate several major activities at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems, is essential, as is an understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
