At LSINC, engineering isn't limited to a desk. Our engineers work on innovative products, advanced manufacturing systems, direct-to-object printing technologies, custom equipment, and product development projects that move from concept to reality.


We're looking for motivated Engineering Co-Op and Intern students who want real-world experience working alongside engineers, technicians, designers, and manufacturing professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


What You'll Do


As an Engineering Co-Op or Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting engineering and product development projects from concept through production.


Opportunities may include:


Assisting with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and product development projects

Creating and updating CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation

Supporting prototype development, testing, and validation activities

Assisting with design improvements and engineering change implementation

Participating in product assembly, troubleshooting, and performance testing

Supporting manufacturing process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Working with engineering teams to solve technical challenges

Assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting

Participating in customer demonstrations, product evaluations, and technology development projects

Learning how products move from design to manufacturing and final delivery


What We're Looking For


Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Curiosity and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
