Starting Rate of pay: $21.10/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:   1st shift, 5am-3pm  

                                                3rd shift 9pm-7am

What you will be doing
  • Safety is #1 priority: a condition of employment which entails following and enforcing plantwide safety procedures, environmental regulations, and guidelines for the safety of all employees and for the environment.
  • Ensure that the press continues to run.
  • Retrieve racks on wheels.
  • Set oven to correct temperature and time.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

  • No High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must meet all minimal physical requirements.
  • High involvement in floor activities.
  • Must be certified forklift operator.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, supervisors, and managers in both written and verbal form.
  • Must be able to understand and follow all instructions: both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work with other team members and departments.
