CNC Machinist / Operator (5+ Years Experience Required)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented CNC Machinist / Operator to join our manufacturing team in Xenia, Ohio on the 1st Shift. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC machinery. This position features a 50-hour standard work week and a flexible start time to accommodate your morning routine. [1]Schedule & Compensation

  • Shift: 1st Shift
  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 45-50 hours per week standard
  • OvertimeTime and a half pay ($27.00 - $37.50/hr) for all hours worked over 40
  • Flexibility: Flexible start time options available
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour base (Based on experience)
  • BonusQuarterly bonuses based on performance and production goals [1]

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Setup: Configure CNC mills or lathes for production runs.
