What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Machinist, you'll be part of a highly skilled 3–4 person machine shop where quality and craftsmanship matter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys setup, programming, troubleshooting, and producing precision-machined components in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment
  • Machine precision parts while maintaining close tolerances
  • Work primarily with Siemens CNC Controls
  • Operate manual mills, lathes, grinders, and other machine shop equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Select tooling, fixtures, and machining methods
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
