Overview

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists for our day and night shift. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise in CNC machining to produce high-quality components. If you are passionate about precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with mills and lathes with a minimium of 2 years experience.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
  • Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges to ensure precision.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
