This process ensures high precision and repeatability, allowing for the creation of threads on materials such as metal or plastic according to exact specifications. CNC threading is commonly used in industries like automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing for producing threaded parts such as bolts, screws, and pipes. The process can accommodate various thread types, including internal and external threads, and is suitable for both small and large production runs.
