Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

Prepare perishable tooling for new processes.

Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications

Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes

Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions or programming errors to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production
