They are proficient in utilizing equipment, materials, and processes necessary for producing top-tier products. Responsible for operating and maintaining all route-related machinery, the Router Operator manages multiple work orders concurrently, ensuring each job meets safety, quality, and timeline requirements. Collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Operations Lead, they prioritize tasks within the route area and resolve project-related issues with their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain route-related equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Coordinate with the Manufacturing Operations Lead to prioritize tasks and manage workflow.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while upholding quality standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on project data as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to project updates and changes.
