Your Role

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you’ll play a key role in bringing precision parts to life. You’ll be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathe machines to meet high-quality standards. Working with close tolerances, you’ll ensure every part produced meets print specifications and reflects the craftsmanship Master Machining is known for.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate various CNC lathe machines
  • Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and production drawings
  • Perform regular machine maintenance and tool adjustments
  • Load and indicate parts to fixtures with precision
  • Monitor tool wear, replace inserts, and adjust programs as needed
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of CNC lathe machining experience
  • Proficient in G-code programming and machine setup
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and measurement tools
  • Ability to work within tight tolerances and maintain quality standards

  • Willingness to work overtime or Saturdays as needed
