Location: Adkins, TX (Near San Antonio)
Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 (Hourly)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:45 PM (45-minute lunch)
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Operations Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to join our production team.

This position is primarily focused on operating CNC Press Brake equipment to produce high-quality metal components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. As our company continues to grow, team members will have opportunities to cross-train and develop skills on additional CNC equipment and fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate CNC Press Brake equipment
  • Load materials and run production jobs according to work orders
  • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges
  • Work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities on additional CNC equipment as needed
