Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our manufacturing processes and ensuring precision in our machining operations. Responsibilities
  • Program Multi-axis CNC machines using Mastercam to produce high-precision components.
  • Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances (primarily Fanuc controllers).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support sales by producing runtime, setup, and tooling estimates for quoting
  • Train and mentor machinists and operators on best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, team orientated with strong communication skills
  • 7-10 Years experience as a CNC Programmer (mastercam, g-code, m-code)
  • Proven multi-axis experience as a Machinist in a aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.
